Tasting NOtes: The Domain Ruille petillant naturel is made using the indigenous Grolleau grape variety. It was whole cluster pressed and then fermented using wild yeasts. Before the end of the fermentation the Rose’ is bottled to capture the natural bubbles. After primary fermentation is finished in bottle the lees is discouraged and corked. This wine contains no additives what so ever. Sulfur free.

Tasting NOtes: Ruby red in color with a purple hue. Delicate aromas of ripe berries; blackberry, blackcurrant, with a hint of sweet spices on the nose. Rather smooth with its silky tannins on the palate. A lovely long lingering fruity finish.

Grape variety: 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting NOtes: Wonderfully deep ruby red in color. The wide-open bouquet of ripe red fruits is accompanied by delicate floral notes of wisteria and acacia blossom. The highly elegant palate is chewy and fruity with a dense tannic base. In it, you can detect a mixture of small wild berries, finely integrated oak and some floral, cut hay notes persisting through to the long, fresh finish.
