Cabernet Sauvignon widely known as the “king of red wines” is a grape that truly expresses the difference in soils and vineyard locales. The Toschi Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon has a very smooth berry flavor with aromas of dark cherries, and vanilla. Tannins are mild, with a lingering fruity, soft oak finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon is very drinkable now, but will mature wonderfully in the bottle.
This stainless-steel aged Chardonnay produces a bright, fruit-forward wine that is clean and refreshing on the palate. It’s filled with aromas of Granny Smith apples, citrus, lush pears and tropical fruits. The finish is light and crisp, with luscious fruit lingering on the palate. Its sweetness and acidity are well balanced. Pairs well with your fish, poultry or white sauce pasta dishes.
This Pinot Noir is a thin skinned grape first grown in France for over 1000 years that creates a light, smooth, fruity wine light ruby in color. The Toschi Pinot Noir has a bright cherry nose, delicate aromas of fresh mixed berries, layered with a light touch of caramelized oak. Partners well with fish, poultry or pasta dishes.

The San Joaquin Wine Co. Merlot is a classic medium-bodied wine. Bright fruit flavors of red cherry and ripe plum are immediately evident in this Merlot. The finish is full and lush, laced with a touch of oak from the barrel. This Merlot is approachable from your first sip.
The San Joaquin Wine Co. Zinfandel grapes were picked at the peak of maturity, bringing forth intense flavors of blackberries and currants. It’s only mildly spicy, with a lasting finish of vanilla from aging in oak. The San Joaquin wine Co. Zinfandel gains its character from the vineyard and boasts it’s personality from the winery.
This crisp, light-straw colored wine gives off wonderful aromas of grapefruit and citrus. The palate offers notes of nectarines, guava and just a hint of minerals. Well balanced mild tannins lend to a nice soft finish on the palate.
San Joaquin Wine Co. Moscato is made using the finest blend of Muscat grapes from our California Vineyards. It’s displays a golden yellow color, with a scent of orange blossom, orange peel and white flowers. Due to the wines strong character and extremely sweet, rich, flavors and thick textures, when pairing Muscat wines with food, it’s often best to pair with spicy cuisine, chocolate, dried fruits, nuts and a wide variety of both hard or soft cheese.

TASTING NOTES: These varieties come together seamlessly for a fruit-driven wine with fresh dark berry flavors and jammy red fruit notes. To add complexity and retain character, each variety was fermented separately, then blended together prior to bottling. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and exuberantly fruity, pairing blackberry, boysenberry, cherry along with pomegranate nuances. Soft and velvety tannins round out the finish making this wine approachable and inviting.
FOOD PAIRING: This delicious blend makes the perfect accompaniment for grilled meats or chicken.
